2. What we collect
- Information you give us — such as your account details, username, email address, and anything you send us by email or in the app.
- Gameplay data — your calls, scores, streaks, Squad activity, and similar in-game information.
- Device and usage data — collected automatically, such as device type, app/OS version, approximate region, pages or screens viewed, and interactions, including through analytics and similar technologies.
- Cookies and identifiers — on the website we use cookies and similar technologies (see our Cookie Policy).
3. How we use your data
- To provide and run the Service — accounts, gameplay, The Drop, Squads, and leaderboards.
- To keep the Service safe and fair — preventing cheating, fraud, and abuse.
- To support you and respond to your messages.
- To understand and improve the Service using aggregated analytics.
- To meet legal obligations.
4. Legal bases (UK/EU GDPR)
We rely on: performance of a contract (to provide the Service you asked for); legitimate interests (to secure, analyse, and improve the Service, balanced against your rights); consent (for non-essential cookies and analytics on the website, where required); and legal obligation where the law requires it. You can withdraw consent at any time.
5. Analytics and cookies

TW!ST isn't directed at young children, and some features are 18+. If you believe a child has given us personal data without appropriate consent, contact legal@playtwst.com and we'll take appropriate steps.
